I am looking for a bigger sous vide container, where I can attach my sv device safely. I am currently using plastic container (from costco) and, unfortunately, it started to reshape. I've tried to use a pot, but it's quite difficult to attach the machine to the sloped sides and it's slipping. So I wanted to see what containers some of you are using for larger meats like brisket/pork shoulder.
Been looking at Lipavi, but since they're shallow I'm afraid they won't work, though they're are highly recommended:

Has anybody tried Wellborn? As I see they too have 26 Qt option.
