I'm hoping someone here can help me as I've just spent the last two days on the internet with little success. Long long ago my mom pulled a Christmas pudding recipe from a magazine, we THINK it was CanadianLiving. Every year we make it for Christmas and this year it's my turn, and wouldn't you know it? The recipe is MIA. It was fairly generic as far as puddings go, it had dates in it, and was steamed, the only thing that seems to stand out as a difference is that (and this is assuming my Mom remembers correctly) we put orange juice/ OJ concentrate into it.

Does anyone have a similar recipe or know where I might find one like it? We could try something new I suppose, but it would be nice to have the traditional one. Any help that can be offered will bring out my eternal gratitude! Thanks! :D
