You can do either. My stepmother bakes hers first, then just thaws and eats, but a friend of mine just throws hers in the freezer. I think she thaws it first, but I know you can buy frozen uncooked pies and cook them from frozen, so I don't see why you couldn't for homemade ones as well
Again you may do both I usally do the non baked!

I find the non bake better that way the pastry is flakier and not dried out.
I just made one for Sunday and froze it thanks to all who inspired me!

usaully, when I don`t have time to bake a fresh pie I put it in the oven, then put it in the freezer.
You most likeley want to let it thaw before baking it.
