I am in charge of organizing and cooking a turkey dinner for about 400.
Question: What is the largest size pan I can use for baking this mass recipe to avoid baking many smaller pans of stuffing? I'm using Mrs. Cubbison's herb stuffing (40 boxes; 2 pkgs. in each box).
I think I should bake large pans of stuffing at least 4 different times but pan size is a concern? Perhaps smaller pans would be better?
