I am in charge of organizing and cooking a turkey dinner for about 400.
Question: What is the largest size pan I can use for baking this mass recipe to avoid baking many smaller pans of stuffing? I'm using Mrs. Cubbison's herb stuffing (40 boxes; 2 pkgs. in each box).
I think I should bake large pans of stuffing at least 4 different times but pan size is a concern? Perhaps smaller pans would be better?
could you round up a couple of electric turkey roasters they look like slow cookers on steroids We use these when cooking for crowds and the dressing turns out great plus it would free up oven space I can make chicken and dumplings for 120 people in one of these , so probably 150 to 175 servings of dressing could be done in one of them
Is this for your church ? they might have some cookers in the kitchen
