    Strudel or Turnovers?

    Can anyone educate me on the difference between strudel and turnovers? Thank you.

    Strudel or Turnovers?

    When 'made by the rules', Strudel dough is a soft sweet dough stretched out and filled. Turnovers are made with Phyllo dough, which is flour layered with butter (sort of hard to make at home, but this can be purchased a grocery stores these days).
