    Scallop vs Au Gratin Potatoes

    Someone tell me the difference between Au Gratin versus Scalloped Potatoes... I am confused as I thought they were the same.

    Scallop vs Au Gratin Potatoes

    Scalloped are made with sour cream. Au Gratin with cheese.
