Crock Pot Breakfast Bowl
2-3 baked large size biscuits, crumbled
½ lb browned sausage, cubed ham or crumbled bacon
5-6 large eggs, scrambled (optional sautéed green, red or white onion)
2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
Small bag browned shredded hash browns or "Tater tot" style hash browns
Country style white gravy for topping (1 packet or about 1 ½ cups)
Layer items in preheated 2 Qt crock pot:
Meat / cheese / hash browns / cheese / eggs / cheese / Biscuit / gravy
Make as many layers as needed. Gravy always goes on top as last ingredient.
Allow time for cheese to melt about 10-20 minutes and serve.
Keep crock pot on lowest setting, line if needed so eggs don’t stick to sides.
