I am going to attempt grilling my first pork loin and am looking for some advice.
I've read about soaking it in brine for several hours, then let it sit in the fridge for a while before grilling. I'm figuring I need to do the same. And I also read about using the indirect grilling method. How hot should the grill be when cooking?
I also read something about greasing the grill. Would this be done using a BBQ spray like Pam? Or is there something better? (I have a charcoal grill.)
Then I also saw something about rubbing the loin with oil aside from greasing the grill. Is oil recommended?
Any other insight or advice would be appreciated.
