    Oatmeal Cookies

    I would like to know if I substitute instant oatmeal in a cookie recipe if there are other ingrediants that I should keep out. ie: baking soda, salt.

    Oatmeal Cookies

    I have used instant oatmeal for my cookie recipes. Just make sure that there are no additives, i.e. sugar or flavorings.
