Please help. My soon to be husban is from Ireland. His entire family moved to the states in the late 80's but still are what you would consider very traditional Irish...from their mannerism, to dress to what they eat. His favorite meal back home was boiling bacon his grandmother would make on Sundays and on St. Pat's Day. I want to make it for his 41st birthday and impress him...he already loves my cooking but I don't know any tradtional irish dishes.
