    Devil Egg Yolk Tip

Here's a tip just in time for the Holidays. To make sure you always have enought to fill your cut eggs halfs back up. Boil a small potatoe with your eggs. Mash this up along with your egg yokes & other ingredents & no one will be the wiser but you. If only doing a few eggs just use part of a potatoe.I try to add like the size of a yoke per egg to be filled. This does not change the taste any. This way you can put your filling in a cookie shooter or a pastry bag & make the really fancy or just a ziplock bag with the corner cut off. You can make the taller with the extra filling you have made.
This is a tip passed down in my family By my Mother Susie Costlow (Annie Ruth Costlow who left us Nov.2004 )

Original tip left by n1sstr@yahoo.com it sounds so good I thought I would pass it on again.

The journey of a 1,000 miles begins with a single step.

You can also fill the halves with potatoe salad. They are very tasty.

Add a small amount of mustard or a pinch of wasabi powder for some heat.
