    need tomatoe free recipes

    I cant eat tomatoes or anything acidic..I am looking for recipes ( if any) such as chili, sloppy joes, stuffed peppers where you dont have to use tomatoes.is there any such thing?

    Some of those things would be difficult to get the expected results without tomatoes, although stuffed peppers could certainly be done without it.

    You mentioned tomatoes AND you mentioned acidic ingredients. Is this specifically an allergy or intolerance to tomatoes and acidic ingredients, or is it just necessary for the Ph of the final product not to be acidic. If it's the former, it may be pretty difficult, since SO many things are acidic - not just tomatoes, but also many other fruits and vegetables, vinegars (and things that contain vinegars, such as salad dressings, prepared mustards, etc.). If it's only the overall Ph, however, you could add ingredients that are more alkali to balance out and counteract the acid.

    You should probably double check those details with your doctor or dietitian before trying to dive into any recipes that may only SEEM to be okay.
