Can they be substituted for one another? I have a recipe calling for lime zest in sour cream, but I just looked at the last lime I had and it's brown and moldy. Do lime juice and lime zest taste the same or am I out of luck? And if it's not a good substitute, then is there anyone here who knows what I can use as a substitute?
