How about something like Crab-Stuffed Tomatoes? The link points to one recipe, but Google comes up with quite a few. The link I chose is something a little different, since a lot of the other recipes were just variations of the common mix of mayonnaise, cream cheese, or yogurt and Worcestershire sauce. There were also a couple that included avocado, but not everyone likes avocado, so I skipped those, as well.
