can i put hot jelly mix in 1 oz plastic containers with out using a boil bath and will it keep

Hi kid,
i wouldn't liable to melt the plastic. if your going that root i would look for recipes at are freezer jams and then you just keep them in the freezer.

remember,STRESSED spelt backwards is "DESSERTS"
