    substitutions

    a recipe requires self rising flour. what can i substitute in regular flour to make it self rising?

    substitutions

    The usual substitution is to use 1 cup minus 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
