make your stuffing according to package except use chicken stock,let cool, add your spinch thawed and sqeeze all the water out, add, add 1/4 cup of parmesin cheese and mix thouroghly,stuffmushrooms and top off with cheddar and swiss cheese bake till cheese melts,
you also can add 4 oz of cream cheese to your mixture and mix well with other ingredients,
400f till cheese bubble on top.
