Does anyone have any good recipes to use with a leftover pork roast?

hi gloryhoundb,
you can make spaggetti sauce with left over pork.make your sauce and then add pork, or you can do a pulled pork shred your pork add bbq mizture pour over let simmer till warmed through then put on hoagie buns hamburger buns hot dog buns keizer buns,also you can do a stir fry do your veg add the pork at the last minute or two with a nice stir fry sauce mixed in,
make yorkshire pudding and cut off the tops, if you have gravey left over chip up the beef and add to gravey fill the yorkies with the meat mixture and then serve a nice salad french or itallian crusty bread and of course that good ole bottle of nice red/white wine.
these are just some suggestions for you, hope some of them help out?
