    Norwegian Pancakes

Can I use an electric (or not) crepe maker for Norwegian pancakes or does it have to be too thick for a crepe maker?

    Norwegian Pancakes

    Hi hawaiianmama,
you can cook them on the griddle or waffle iron like you normally do and can make them as thick as you or your family likes,
the only difference sometimes, not always is that some of the ingredients for the pancakes are or could be a little different than the regular waffles or pancakes,
try adding a bit of vanilla to your recipe brings out the waffle or pancakes a treat.
    happy flipping

    remember,STRESSED spelt backwards is "DESSERTS"
    happy cooking
    Ron
