I bought Pampered Chef's gingerbread house mold a long time ago. Several years and relocations later, I can't find the brochure that came with it, containing the recipe and directions. Anyone out there have access to it?
Thanks.

Okay I dont have an that particular recipe, (although i do have a very strong dough for gingerbread house making). I did just want to comment and say that i think it is so amazing that we can all help each other out even tho I am not such a big help at the moment. I just started my blog yesterday for my house i plan on taking to Asheville NC for the gingerbread competition. It should be fun to track and I would love to hear everyones comments on the progress. http://eatbeforeyoucomeover.blogspot.com First blog ever ! But i think it is turning out quiet well.
Try this recipe. It's the one I used for this past Winter's holidays and it worked very well (it's also very tasty!). Of course, it's Summer now and there's more humidity in the air so you may need to adjust your dough consistency. Add a little more flour if the dough is too moist, and a little more water/milk if the dough is too dry/crumbly, adjusting til you have a nice working consistency. Refrigerating the dough helps make it more manageable, too.
Don't you think the rocking horse is cute? I wanted to keep him around, but...
