    grated lemon peel

    HI mwood4d,
if you have real lemon lemon juice in the bottle use the equivalant to the amount of lemon juice you need, the gratd lemon juice won't give you the amount of flavour that you need but will has a little staste of it,add 2 tbsps of grated lemon peel to your mixture after adding the bottled real lemon juice.the lemon juice could be a little tart from the bottle just add a tbsp more of sugar and that should do the trick for you.
I've done this before and it does work, but still not the same, but damn close.
    good luck and happy lemoning

    remember,STRESSED spelt backwards is "DESSERTS"
    happy cooking
