    chili to hot help

    Hi candymaker,
when you serve the chili, try dolloping some sourcream into your chili, the sour cream should off set the heat in your chili.
If you still find it too hot, don't drink water, water because of the oils in the peppers sit on the tongue therefore the water just won't get rid of the heat,
cucumbers are an acid and that will cut the heat as well.a nice cold cucmber salad made with mayo and sour cream will add coolness to your heat that you're trying to get rid of,
Hope this helps. I've tried everything and this works for me,
    hope it works for you.

    remember,STRESSED spelt backwards is "DESSERTS"
    happy cooking
