    freezing antipasta pasta salad

I made too much "antipasta pasta salad" for a party. HELP! Can it be frozen for a short period of time?

    freezing antipasta pasta salad

hi bhansen, if you freeze it it will become watery and the only thing if you wanted to is to put it into soups or stews, now that would be good for extra flavor and texture.that's the only way that i would don it unless someone else has done it before with luck.i would do a stew or soup in the slow cooker that would make the house smell so awesome and yelling when's dinner mom, or open up the windows and let the neighbors smell it,would be good to even serve to guests as a starter, good crusty bread friends and a great bottle of wine, unless you don't drink.
hope that helps you out, and happy thinking of what to do.

    remember,STRESSED spelt backwards is "DESSERTS"
    happy cooking
