can you home can cucumber dip

I have an abundance of cucmbers but still have so many canned pickles from last year i am looking for soem other ways to use them

have you thought about making hot dog relish,or hamburger relish out of your extra cucmbers?Home made is better than store bought,anyday,tetziki dip,cold cucumber soup,cucumber salad,made by slicing cukes,tossing with a little mayo vinegar sugar,onion,poppy seeds or caraway seeds,almost like a coleslaw, but with cucumber,and,if you have a great abundance of them, put some in a bag and sell for so much a bag,most people will gladly pay for fresh out of the garden cukes rather than buying from the store,so, much fresher,and flavorful too.
