    Cooking Rhubarb

    Just would like to make cooked Rhubarb. How much water do I use? Do I use
    sugar? How long do a cook it? Thanks for your help.

    Cooking Rhubarb

    cooking rhubarb is like cooking apples for apple sauce.
    chope your rhubarb into small chunks, add enough water to come 1/2 way up the ruhbarb,add as much sugar as you like for sweetness, i would also add a bit of lemon juice to the mixture as well.lemon juice brings out the flavour of the ruhbard.
    stew as for apple sauce,keep on a slow simmer, and stir often.when nice and thick it's ready. serve warm or cool as a side dish.
