Read the mail.you have to see the availability of the seasonal vegetables and pulses in your area and make a yearly chart as per that.Please go for a medical check up to find out any kind of problems which needs a long time treatmment or any specific reason for doing the dieting and also give me your age,height,weight,habits and your job details including the timings.Let me see if i can do some help for this matter.
Before starting all this exercises think why do you want to diet and what is your need to do the dieting.
