I have a recipe for bran muffins. It calls for 1 cup nabisco 100% bran and 2cups nabisco All Bran. What is the difference between the two. Also I have looked for both and can't find 100% bran. This is an old recipe so maybe they don't sell it anymore.

the fiber and protein in the cereal or grain. I make these all the time and I get and use 100% all bran at my health food store. have you tried there?

Is this the recipe from the Frugal Gourmet? I had one that used these ingred. and buttermilk. Made a huge amount and could be stored for weeks. The muffins started out fairly coarse and as the batch aged, became softer. If this is the recipe you have, will you share it? I've been craving these and can't find the recipe, and too broke to re-buy the book.

Nabisco was bought out by Kraft Foods. Just look for a cereal or bulk product bran.
