Tomato Soup Salad Dressing

My late Mom used to make a dressing using Campbells Tomato soup and she added crumbled blue cheese to it but I don't remember what esle

sounds alot like the rosey blue cheese dressing I found in my campbells recipe book.the only difference is that it called for v8 juice so im wondering if she used the tomatoe soup in place of the v8 juice. would you like the recipe it has blue cheese in the dressing

here ya go this is the recipe I had in the campbells recipe collection. note it calls for v8 juice instead of tomato soup.Im sure you can sub

ROSY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

3/4 c v8 juice
3 tbsp veg oil
2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced

in covered jar or shaker, combine all ingrerdients. shake until well blended
cover and refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours. shake well before using. serve over salad greens or vegetable salads. makes about 1 cup
