    Prime Rib leftovers

    Does anyone have any info on reheating Prime Ribs of beef without getting a leathery effect. It was sooooo expensive and delish I hate to waste it.

    Hi Clueless,
    Leftover prime rib is much too good to waste, I like to reheat it on a lightly oiled grill or a stovetop grill pan, It will become slightly more "done" after it's reheated but will still taste great.

    Jerry0 has the right idea for reheating left over beef he got from a chef and unfortunatly i can't remember what it is that he does to keep it moist.He'll tell ya,

    remember,STRESSED spelt backwards is "DESSERTS"

    Hi Clueless

    Wrap the primerib in a lettuce leaf. Set on plate and cover with another plate to seal. Heat in microwave on low for about 2 minutes. Check to see if it is OK. Heat longer if you want it cooked more.
