    Too much garlic

    I added garlic to a stew thats cooking, I cant start it over. How do I take the taste of too much garlic out?
    HELP ME PLEASE

    Too much garlic

    Too much garlic, impossible!
    Just keep it simmering for a while, it will help to mellow out the hotness of garlic. Like onions they will mellow out with cooking time.

    You can double the quantity of stew. That will cut the garlic flavor in half.
