GYRO MEAT BALLS with SPICY CUCUMBER SAUCE

1 pound ground chuck
1 Egg
2 slices white bread ½ cubed
Sliced fresh Cucumber for garnish
3 Table Spoon Food Masters Italian Herb Dressing (from www.dinnisselect.com)
1 bottle Dinni’s Select Spicy Cucumber Sauce (from www.dinnisselect.com)
NOTE: Since these sauces are giving the unique taste of fresh spices and garden
fresh cucumbers, do not substitute the brand of sauce.
In a bowl mix bread cubes with 3 Table Spoon Food Masters Italian Herb Dressing,
Add meat and egg and mix well. Form small meat balls and fry in its own fat, (do not
add oil), cook till the inside temperature reaches 180F and the balls are brown on all
sides.
Drop gyro meat balls in a serving dish, pour Dinni’s Select Spicy Cucumber Sauce
over meat balls, Garnish with thin sliced fresh cucumber and serve.
