    how to use instant yeast

Can anyone help me with this problem i have? I accidentally picked up instant yeast rather than Dry Active yeast . How do I substitute the Dry Active yeast for the INstant Yeast while baking maybe breads or any other baked item?

    how to use instant yeast

As you know, Instant yeast is blended in with the dry ingredients and activated by the heat of the oven.

Active dry yeast has had most of the moisture removed and must be reactivated (rehydrated) in lukewarm water or milk (90-105 F or 43C )

Active dry yeast can be substituted for instant yeast, measure for measure.
