    canning zucchini relish

    Does anyone know if I can sterlizie my jars in the dishwasher or do I have to boil them for 10 minutes?

    canning zucchini relish

    most dish washers now have settings for very hot water....I always just washed mine in hot water by hand and my food was perfectly fine.
