Lemon Sauce for Apple crisp?

I once had a recipe for apple crisp that had a lemon sauce you'd pour over it right before you served it. In the process of a move I lost the recipe. I found one for apple crisp, but I've never been able to find one for the lemon sauce. If anyone could help me out I'd be forever in your debt. thanks
