    Measuring garlic

    I'm not one to keep fresh garlic on hand, so when a recipe calls for "a clove of garlic", how much should I measure out when using the store bought jar of minced garlic?

    according to http://www.foodsubs.com
    1 clove = 1 teaspoon chopped garlic = 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic = 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder = 1/2 teaspoon garlic flakes = 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic = 1/2 teaspoon garlic juice
