Yep, so true. Sour cream is never a good way to go if you are trying to avoid fat. I figure if I am making a cake, I have already thrown good diet sense out the window, so I might as well splurge! Hahaha! Applesauce is another good way to avoid fat. Just add that insterad of oil.
