I have 2 questions re: roasting turkey in Roaster Oven -
1) To brown it in the conventional oven for last 45 min, can you remove the roaster inset and place it in the oven - or do you have to take the turkey out of the roaster oven and put in on a different pan before putting it in the conventional oven?
2) Is the turkey more moist in the roaster oven?
