I didn't know if anyone could help me with a pickle question. I pickled cucumbers a couple weeks ago. I cold packed them, then added the boiling vinegar over them. The jars sealed and everything, but i wasn't sure whether they are safe to keep on a shelf because i didn't actually process them. I've been keeping them in the fridge so far. Does anyone know if they are safe to keep on a shelf in a cupboard?
