HELP
I am looking for a homemade RedPasta sauce made from scratch. I have a ton of tomatos that need picked and I am looking for a recipe. I have come across many, but they call for tomatos out of a can.
I would appreciate any help...

Homemade pasta sauce is the easiest!
First, blanche your tomatoes quickly & then remove the skin.
If you want chunky sauce, just rough-chop the tomatoes into
1" chunks. If you want smooth sauce, then put the tomatoes
through a mill to remove the seeds & puree (I never do the
mill part - too much work).
Next, heat some olive oil (a few TBSP) in a large pot. Add
fresh, finely chopped garlic to hot oil, then add tomatoes.
Stir. Add salt & pepper, oregano (fresh, chopped or dried),
parsely (fresh, chopped or dried) - all to taste. Stir. Add
some water to desired consistency. Add 1 tsp. sugar & stir.
Simmer for at least an hour, up to 3 hours, stirring
periodically and adding water if necessary. That's it!
