    Tupperware plastic Pastry rolling mat

    Hello,

I can remember my mother's and I loved using it however, I hated the fact that it rolled up and curled on edges. Does someone have a different type that does not store rolled up? For a picture try this link: http://www.rubylane.com/shops/ashelford/item/rl-72611

It was the best to roll out dough on!

I have a silicone tupperware rolling mat. I really like it. It is just like the fancy silpat mats. I am sure you could contact a local tupperware rep to purchase one. I am not sure of the cost because it was a gift.

I'm a Tupperware consultant! I can help you get that item. E-mail me at StephBKNY@my.tupperware.com. I have it and love it. I use it in my kitchen and at parties. The way it is made, it does not curl around the egdes. It rolls up and flattens out to perfect shape.

Demarle at Home has the best pastry mat. It is the one used by professional chefs. Demarle is the maker of the Silpat which you have probably heard of, or seen used on Food Network every day. Demarle makes the Roulpat. You don't even have to use any four when rolling out pastry or even pizza dough - nothing sticks to it. And it doesn't move around on your countertop like the tupperware one does. I am a Demarle at Home rep. If you want any more info email me at mlococo22@comcast.net

Please send me a quote and picture of the pastry rolling mat. I have had mine for years and it is cracking. Thank you,
    Peggy
