8 c. corn kernels
4 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. diced celery
1 med. sweet red pepper, diced
1 qt. cider vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. dry mustard
2 T. salt
1 t. turmeric

1. In large pot mix all ingred. except
the turmeric. Bring to a boil. Then
simmer for 30 min. stirring
occasionally.
2. Add turmeric; simmer for 5 min.
3. pour into hot sterilized jars; seal
at once

Makes about 5 pints
