I was given some pasta from a few friends and it looks like ravioli/wong tongs but are orange pinkish and are filled with crab, shrimp, lobster. Does anybody know what kind of stock or sauce, or how i should serve it/ cook it?

sounds yummy! are they homemade?? I would cook them like you do with regular ravioli, serve with a white sauce, tossed green salad, and some fresh bread. I have some excellent white sauce recipes for seafood. email me at my addy and i will send to you.
