In Version 7.0 of Mastercook (The newest version) there is a cookbook named "Food for Fifty" It had recipes for 50 peope but it will scale the recipes for any number of people.

saw your request for coooking for 100. are you wanting a daily menu for the day care? I have a daughter that goes to a preschool there is about 15 kids per teacher and they have a day to day breakfast and lunch menu. would this be something your after? what is the age group in the daycare?
