I had this great recipe from an ELLE
magazine (around 1990) that I have lost.
It was for a "chunky moussaka" that was
made with chunks of lamb (not ground). It
also contained pre-grilled eggplant,
chunks of tomato, green pepper, red wine
and rice. If anyone is familiar with the
recipe I would greatly appreciate a copy of
it. I believe I had it on one of the recipe
cards that you tear out of the magazine.
