I know the importance of a daily beverage to start our day with a fresh and positive energy. It is also important to select the best drink according to the climate and our health condition. Last week I found an interesting recipe which is a natural sweetener with zero sugar. I tried it. It is the perfect drink for people with diabetes. Hereby I'm sharing the recipe. Hope this helps.


Matcha green tea: 1 tsp
Stevia: 1 packet
Vanilla almond milk: 1 cup (unsweetened)
Cinnamon: a pinch


Steam almond milk and then stir in green tea. Add stevia and stir. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon on top and use it.
