    Who has an electric knife?
Do any of you have an electric knife?

I do, but it doesn't get used often enough.

Mainly, it is used for carving turkeys and hams. here's a pic of mine below.

I used to have one, but it got ruined when I had the flood. If that is yours it looks like it has never been used. I envy you that you have so many kitchen toys. Your kitchen has to be hugh. I think you have mentioned about 30 something or other toys. What I want to see is your kitchen, I have such a small one that I can not keep even what I have in it. I have to put a few of them downstairs. Back to the electric knife, I found it pretty useless myself so I do not miss it. It was a gift, so I was not upset when it got tossed.

The one that you see pictured is one that's quite similar to mine.

Most of my stuff is in a back room. i only keep the stuff in the kitchen that it most used the great majority of times.

Nope, never owned one but I have used quite a few in my lifetime. I never found them to be of any advantage. A good sharp carving knife works as well for meats.
I've cut bread with one but they leave too many crumbs.
    Not worth the hassle, IMO.

Got one when I was married in 1976. Of course it was avocado green! Used 2x and gave it away.

I had one in the seventies and was not impressed with it; too messy. I prefer a sharp carving or serrated bread knife.
