Thought I'd mention that sinse I bought one of these years ago, I stopped making cupcakes in a cupcake pan. I use this pan instead, now. It's far easier and less messy to eat a log shaped cupcake then a triditional one.
The pan holds the same amount as a 12 cup cupcake pan, BTW.
Oh, the non stick on this thing is a joke, it doesn't work. You'll need a good non stick spray.
It's size is about 2 keyboards. NOT end to end, the other way.
    Food for thought. :-)

I didn't know that you already had one of these!!!

Usually, nonstick or no, I always spray whatever pan it is that I use for cake baking anyway, so that wouldn't be a problem with me.

Pam now has a spray that's designed exclusively for cake baking.

    Hi Sherm,
Yeah, mine only cost me like $9.95. That's how old mine is. (6 years or so?)
Oh, you'll like it. It's a little different from cupcake baking. I've done pop overs in it, bread sticks, friut roll ups using puff pastry and pie dough, too. Blueberry muffings are good in it and so are brownies.
As I mentioned, it's a lot easier to eat a log shaped thing then a cupcake is. I can't remember how long it's been sinse I used my cupcake tins for anything. I guess about 6 years.
    It's a lot of fun.
I use this, only one can at a time, though. lolol NOTHING sticks to this stuff. Best spray I ever used.

Just found out that the Twinkies are still being made in Canada by a baking firm that is said to have Canadian rights to still make the product there.

My Hostess Twinkies Baking Set came today!!! I may start making Twinkies tomorrow!!!

The pan looks to be about the size of a broiler pan. And yes, Thegrindre, you're RIGHT!! The manual suggests that a cooking spray be used, as I thought it would.

That pan seems to generate extra heat. I had to reduce my cooking temp down 25 degrees in my oven. Everything just cooked too fast and got over cooked.
My first batch wasn't very good.
    Something to consider
