    Freezing Baked Cookies

I have a recipe for Cuernitos (Mexican Wedding Cookies) from Cooks.com. This is a great recipe. Can the baked cookies be frozen? If so how long will they keep in a frozen state and what is the best way to thaw them?

Yes, most cookies will keep for 6 months but I usually go for 3 max. Keep in a sealed container so they don't get freezer burn or crushed.

I would put waxed paper between the layers of cookies.
