I was given my Moms pressure cooker I like to do stuffed artichokes in it as they are done in a jiffy. I just cannot part with it, so when I needed some replacements for it, they ended up costing more than a new one. I just don't have any ideas of other things to cook in it...Mom made stew in therebut is was always mush......any ideas?

I do english lamb broth. Will post recipe if you are interested, but you need to cook the lamb breast first let it stand overnight to skim off the excess fat and de bone it

I would love that and to know any recipes using lamb broth. I usually just make lamb chops grilled, and the kids will only eat them with that mint jelly.
