    Cheese Shop

I just wanted to share this web-site with all of you. The store is only about 1/2 mile from my home and I shop there almost every week. They have an amazing assortment of cheeses from all over the world. They let you sample any one of them. They make fresh mozzarella every day and you can buy many different sizes and get the quantity that you want. They have a great deli, homemade Italian sausage and fresh ground beef. Tons of different dried sausages. Salt cod and chestnuts. A great assortment of olives from everywhere, even stuffed ones. It is reasonably priced and I just wanted to share it with you all. There should be a place like this in every town. http://www.wisconcorp.com/caputocheese.html

This place looks wonderful. I am close to NYC, so we are pretty well equipped with a wide variety in shops. I lived in NY State for a while......next to a dairy farm. It wa a half hour to get basic foods.....Nothing specialty....it was horrible.....and when I first moved there I had no internet.........I just about lost my mind.LOL

Looks like a bit of heaven to me. Cheese is a big weakness for me. Sort of glad I'm not near it.I get my fix from a local cheesemaker.

They make and sell their own products. I like the sound of a store with international products.

The best brick cheese there is. Their cheddars and Colby are pretty darn good too. I don't keep much cheese on hand, but I always have brick and colby.
I buy Widmers at local grocery, so i can get away buying a 1/4 lb. if I want. Everyone here who tries a different or cheaper brand returns to Widmer.
